Armande Chollat-Namy was born in Lyon (France) in 1978. She studied video technics, cinema and photography (B.A in Cinema Studies, FAMU 3F in Prague, and M.A in Photograpphy & Multimédia, Paris). Constantly questionning her relation to images, she keeps exploring forms such as contemporary installations. Farco is the last of a serie of three shorts films (16mm, video and stills) dealing in their own and different ways with the expression and dispositif of "Fiction". She works and lives in Paris, France.

Sigurður Hallmar Magnússon was born in Reykjavík, Iceland in 1976. He studied literature and philosophy at the University of Iceland and later cinema at FAMU, the Czech National Film School in Prague. He completed his B.A. in cinema studies in Université Paris VIII and is currently finishing a practical Master in cinema at the same school. He has written and directed several short films, and has been a director of photography for numerous shorts. He lives in Paris.

Mehdi Zizi was born in Casablanca, Morocco in 1977. He studied film directing and scriptwriting at FAMU (the Czech National Film School in Prague) as well as economics in Lycée Louis-le-Grand and ESSEC in Paris. In Prague, he directed a short film and a documentary, both screened on French television and in many international festivals. He also works as a stage director (6 plays, 3 musicals) and as a producer for Art Park Productions. He lives in New York.

Erpur Sigurdarson was born in Reykjavik, Iceland in 1975. He studied film directing and scriptwriting at FAMU, the Czech National Film School in Prague, and is now currently enrolled in a film school in Paris, France. "Turkmenistan" is his fifth short film. He lives in Paris, France.

Audun Nedrelid (born 1974) graduated from the 3F Program at the Czech Nation Film School FAMU in Prague, 2003, where he made his final film The Lost King (14 min, 2002) that has been screened at festivals throughout Europe. Since this time he has worked as a freelancer in photo, video, editing, graphics and music. In addition, he is educated as a social worker, and is doing film workshops in mental institutions in Oslo, Norway.

Guillaume Henrion was born in Cherbourg (France) in 1977. He studied editing and compositing in Lycée Léonard de Vinci. He worked in Paris during 4 years and edited short films, documentary, TV magazines, video clip, both screened on TV and many festivals. He makes special effects on short films screened in festivals. He also works as a VJ (Live Video Mix) with DJ's, bands and fireworks compagny in France and other countries. He's also works in fireworks since 5 years. He now lives in Poitiers, working in graphic, editing, compositing and VJing.

Laura Rodriguez-Vida was born in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and raised in Barcelona (Spain). She obtained a B.A. in Audiovisual Communication at the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona, specializing in Cinema. She also studied film directing and scriptwriting in FAMU (the Czech national film school in Prague) and in Boston College (USA). She directed a short movie in 16 mm, The Eternal Return, that was awarded "Filmmaker of the Month" at Opid Bio Festival in Reykjavik (Iceland). She has participated in numerous projects as a director, scriptwriter and editor. She is also a photographer and a painter. She lives in Paris.

Starkaður Barkarson was born in 1973 in Keflavík, Iceland. He studied Icelandic literature in the University of Iceland and Film studies in FAMU, Prague. After teaching two years in college in Iceland he moved to contintental Europe (Berlin, Madrid and now Paris) where he writes and works independently as a programmer. He has participated in making of some short films and documentaries, both directing, acting and assisting in other ways.

Beatriz Vilaseca was born in Barcelona (Spain), in 1972. She studied during 10 years in several Drama Schools experiencing different methods for aproaching to Stage.She has experience as Actress in all the media, from experimental theatre and performance to TV. She studied also as Script-Writer as well as has worked behind the cameras in Production and Coordination, Casting Assistant and Management of Music, Dance & Theatre Groups. As Photographer, she has projected her pictures at different events as well as worked as Photographer Assistant. Lately, she's starting to create Video-Art.

Farid Bentoumi was born in France in 1976. After an MBA in Arts and Media, he travelled the world and came back with a strong urge to become an actor. He studied classical techniques in Paris and improvisation in Toronto. He then performed in 8 plays (Brecht with Irina Brook, Beckett, Molière, Visniec) and several short movies. He's now directing his third play, a creation about today's Russia. He's also been selected for the French Scripwriting Festival for his shortmovies.

Caroline Santini was born in Paris, France. After her studies in communication, she worked as a teacher for three years. But inside herself, she always dreamed of becoming an actress.
She then decided to study theater both at university and at the theater school "Cours Florent" of Paris. She was acted in numerous shortfilms, TV films and theater plays. She lives in Paris where she persues her acting career.

Chris Dürkop, borrn in 1973 graduated from the European Film College in Denmark (2000) and the FAMU Film School (2001). He has since been teaching scriptwriting and shortfilm production at Askov Höjskole and after further Filmstudies at the University of Copenhagen he is currently enrolled in a Cinema Master Program at NYU. He is one of the founders of Höjskolernes Filmfestival and has worked on NGO projects such as Fat Demokratiet and Youth 2002.

Daryl Stuart was born in Jefferson City, Missouri in the Midwest of the U.S. She graduated from Tennessee State University after marrying. She moved around for many years with her husband's work while raising 3 children before settling outside Washington, D.C. In the 1990s she went to graduate school for museum studies. Around the same time she began to experiment more with cooking at home to save money with three kids and graduate school in the budget. Her first film catering was during her daughter, Andrea's film school days. Today she continues to seek out new recipes for home and to share with friends.

DeLois Thomas was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma in the U.S. She married young and studied at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. She raised two daughters in Kansas City, Missouri where the family settled. She spent many years working in a photographic studio and as a beautician. Dede is now almost 80 years old.

Emmanuelle Bovis was born in Nice (France) in 1974. She studied communication and events management, and has been working in France and the United States. She has held managing positions on projects such as the Nice Carnival and several major corporate events. She likes new environments which led her to work on humanitarian missions in Africa or her move to join us as a general production coordinator on The Film Fabrik. She now lives in Barcelona, Spain where she is starting a new artistic label.
